6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims or their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, doing so helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance provider.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Statutory Liability for Defects

Statutory liability for defects applies.

7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information regarding any applicable additional guarantees and their precise terms can be found with the respective product and on dedicated information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents:

in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

in the event of a guarantee promise, where agreed, or

where the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations—obligations the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)—caused by slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives, or our agents, liability is limited to the amount of foreseeable damage typically expected to occur at the time the contract was concluded.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the Federal Universal Arbitration Board at the Centre for Arbitration e.V.
